Important Notes

1. After the winners are announced, winning players will receive a private message from @Ananta_EN, after which they must respond and provide their relevant information within 30 days. Failure to do so in time, or providing information which is inaccurate, shall be regarded as a forfeiture of the prize. No supplementary prizes will be issued after-the-fact.

 

2. Digital Amazon gift cards should be issued approximately 15 business days after the winners are announced. Cash prizes should be issued approximately 10-60 business days after players provide their information.

 

3. Cash prizes may be issued through PayPal or bank transfer. Players must provide information for a valid Paypal or bank account in order to receive their cash prize. To ensure your money is issued in a timely fashion, we will collect and use certain personal data such as the full name and email address associated with your PayPal account. Specifics regarding the scope of information collected is outlined in the information entry page.

 

4. The event organizer will bear any charges pertaining to international transfers such as processing fees. Winners are responsible for following all relevant tax polices pursuant to their specific country or region. Actual prize amount may vary in accordance with the local laws, regulations and taxation policies of each player's country or region.

 

5. All of the information you provide will be kept strictly confidential. Any information collected will be used solely for the purposes of issuing prize money pertaining to this specific event, after which all aforementioned information will be deleted in perpetuity.
